A useful first email

• ▸Rock type. Granite, basalt, ironstone, limestone — plus UCS and abrasion if you have them.
• ▸Target product. The sizes you are selling, and the spec they must meet (e.g. EN 12620).
• ▸The setting. Pit, decline, or quarry — and the headroom or haul distance that constrains the plant.
• ▸The tonnage you want. A number per hour, per shift, or per year — any unit, the desk converts.
• ▸New build, upgrade, or expansion. It decides which desk picks up the phone.

For wear parts, quote the drawing number from your first-ore sheet or part list — the parts desk ships against the frozen drawing.
