Each machine is sized to sit in a Ridgecast circuit — gape to CSS to deck cut to belt width. They also sell standalone, against the same drawings.

Line categories

Open pit — Primary and secondary circuits for surface mines: jaw, cone, screen, and overland conveyors sized to the haul cycle.Underground — Low-headroom crushers and transfer conveyors for decline and shaft-fed plants — designed to the mine's envelope, not the other way around.Aggregate — Quarry plants for roadstone and concrete sand, with a published wear-part cycle. Built for a single shift and a Saturday wash-down.

Process stages

Primary crushing — ROM intake: jaw or gyratory, grizzly, and the first belt.Secondary crushing — Cone or HSI reduction to a closed-circuit product.Screening — Multi-deck screens and wash modules that hold the spec.Conveying — Plant belts, overland lines, and transfer towers.

Send the rock type. Get a first view on t/h.

Tell the applications desk the rock, the target product, and whether it's a pit, a decline, or a quarry. An engineer replies within three working days with a first view on tonnage and a first-steel date.
