Purpose
Primary crushing of hard-rock ROM at the pit or quarry face
Capacity — 380–520 t/h granite, CSS 125–200 mm; first article 16 weeks
The RC-J1200 is Ridgecast's primary jaw for hard-rock ROM. A 1 200 × 900 mm gape takes blasted granite and basalt without a second pass through the hammer. The pitman is a single steel casting; toggle and cheek plates are written to a published wear cycle.
Hydraulic CSS adjustment is from the control room. First article includes a liner set and the dimension sheet. Repeat liners ship against the same drawing number.
